The 4th Precision Agriculture Action Summit teaches high-tech ag skills Jan. 19-20

Looking to get more precise about precision agriculture? On Jan. 19-20, the 4th Precision Agriculture Action Summit in Jamestown, North Dakota, focuses on not only the technological aspects of precision agriculture, but also on the methodology behind it. Session topics include production ag robots, crop data management, and managing imagery from unmanned aircraft systems. Experts will speak on upcoming trends, tech platforms and applications, and opportunities for successful implementation. Dr. Ken Sudduth, president of the Illinois-based International Society of Precision Agriculture, will deliver a keynote. One session includes a demo of a quad copter and its related software.
